I was making guacamole and had a little extra avocado.   I remembered a few friends of mine making baby food from avocado so I decided to mash it up for Geo's dinner.  He was NOT a fan.  He did, however, LOVE the guacamole with onions, tomato, garlic, and other seasonings!! :)
