We made jack-o-lanterns out of some of our pumpkins tonight!  I know it is past Halloween, but I did a pumpkin/seed investigation with my 1st grade class today and was surprised that most kids hadn't ever opened a pumpkin before.  Ijust couldn't resist getting Geo to feel the inside of a pumpkin.
